"There is a cafeteria in our building, why should I buy fruit from  FRESH FRUIT FRENZY delivery service?"

Most people are more likely to buy other items like bagels, donuts, muffins & coffee in a cafeteria setting when presented with a choice.  Because of this reason the cafeteria fruit is less appealing due to the fact that they do not move the fruit fast enough to ensure freshness. Fresh Fruit Frenzy specializes in constant Premium Quality Fruit that is within easy reach in the workplace area to ensure that staff is eating regularly and maintaining optimum health.

"How can I order fruit for my office?"

You can call us or e-mail us to set up a brief meeting to discuss your company's individual fruit needs.  Once an agreement is in place your deliveries will be automatic.  A monthly invoice will be sent out billing your company every fourth week.

"Is this a permanent contract?"

No.  We only set up an agreement that can change at anytime your needs change.  Simple terms and conditions are outlined to guarantee your satisfaction every set of the way.  All we need is 24 hour notification prior to your next order with any changes you would like to make to your automatic fruit delivery service. 

 

"What type of payment options are available?"

You will receive your invoices monthly.  Billing is issued every fourth week.  Payment can be made either by company check or credit card via paypal.

 

"What is your first month unique fruit  refund/replacement policy all about?"

To ensure that you have ordered the right amount of fruit for your office.  We offer this unique fruit replacement/refund policy during the first four weeks of delivery.  We will replace any uneaten fruit each week free of charge and credit you for any left over fruit during this period.  We want you to feel confident in the amount of fruit you are ordering at no cost to you if fruit is left over from week to week.  During this time we should be able to figure out what your best fruit count should be for your office for the upcoming months.  Usually two pieces of fruit per person per week is a good rule of thumb when placing an initial order. 

"Do you only have Organic Fruit?"

No, we also offer an assortment of sizes in gourmet fruit to fit your budget.  However, we truly believe organic is best, especially when eating whole fruit. Our organic selection may vary from week to week depending on what is in season and available.  You can always count on our fruit being the freshest and always appealing in size and quality.

"Do you guarantee premium quality fruit?"

Absolutely, we aim to please and exceed our customer's expectations.  Each and every single peice of fruit is hand-selected, fresh from our fruit market where our buyer has 25+ years experience specializing in purchasing top premium quality produce.  All our fruit is handled with maximum care and safety avoiding bruising and always arriving in the perfect ripeness and condition of gourmet quality fruit standards.

 

"Is FRESH FRUIT FRENZY considered a GREEN Company?"

We are very conscious of the environment.  We provide you with re-fillable/recyclable baskets for your office to display the fruit. Instead of using hazardous card board boxes to deliver or display our fruit, we always deliver in re-usable carrying bags.  This is our way of reducing the carbon footprint on our precious earth.
